This Privacy Policy explains how Risefall handles information in connection with Hibiki — Streamer Studio.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, Hibiki may process information such as:
- account identifiers and authentication information;
- subscription and entitlement status;
- technical information needed to operate connected services;
- stream events and chat data received from platforms you connect;
- diagnostic information required to maintain service reliability.
3. Local stream history
Hibiki is designed so that detailed stream session history and event history can be stored locally on your device rather than as a permanent cloud archive. Some server-powered features may still transmit the minimum data necessary to provide that specific feature.
4. Payment information
Payment details are processed by the applicable billing provider. Hibiki does not need to store full payment card details on its own servers. The billing provider may share subscription status, transaction identifiers and related account information needed to provide paid access.
5. Third-party platforms
If you connect services such as streaming platforms, their privacy policies apply to information they process. Hibiki only requests and uses access needed for the features you choose to enable.
6. Data use
Information is used to operate Hibiki, authenticate accounts, provide requested features, maintain subscriptions and entitlements, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues and improve reliability.
7. Data retention
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Local stream history remains under the user's control on their device. Server-side account and billing records may be retained where necessary for account operation, security, legal or financial obligations.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed by Hibiki. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
