1. About Hibiki
Hibiki — Streamer Studio is a Windows software product developed by Risefall. It provides tools intended to help streamers manage supported chat, live events, moderation, text-to-speech, widgets, history and related workflow features.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, installing Hibiki or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information where required and must not misuse authentication, payment or platform integrations.
4. Free and paid features
Hibiki may offer both free features and paid subscription features. The features included in each plan may evolve as the product develops. Current plan information is shown on the Pricing page and, when billing is available, before purchase.
5. Subscription billing
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. The billing provider used may depend on where Hibiki was distributed. Renewal, cancellation and payment details are presented before purchase and may also be managed through the applicable billing provider.
6. Third-party services
Hibiki can interact with third-party streaming platforms and service providers. Their own terms, policies and availability apply independently. We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to them.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Hibiki to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or intentionally abuse third-party platforms or their APIs.
8. Service changes and availability
Hibiki is under active development. Features may be added, changed or removed, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, provider outages or technical reasons.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hibiki is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature or third-party integration will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
